Due to the nature of our products (aka, things that touch your lovely face and lips), we can’t accept returns or issue refunds once they’ve been opened. Think of it like borrowing lipstick from a stranger, just a no-go!

If your product arrives damaged or something seems off, let us know so we can make it right. But if you have ve already taken it for a spin, it's officially yours to love.
